Vulvodynia scores were worse in menopausal women than in non-menopausal women, but dysparueunia scores were better. Inhibited sex life and dyspareunia showed positive correlation with vulvodynia, as would be expected. Overall, 38.5% of these women had no problems with sexual intercourse and 33.8% had no dyspareunia. Forty percent of the patients experienced urinary incontinence during sexual intercourse.
